Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your D2Z Designz account and the personal information associated with it. You can do this yourself, at any time, without contacting us.

Delete your account in the app

This is the fastest way and takes effect immediately:

1. Sign in to your D2Z Designz account.
2. Open My Account in the customer portal.
3. Choose Delete My Account and confirm.

What is deleted

• Your login account and credentials — you will no longer be able to sign in
• Your customer profile and contact information
• Your uploaded artwork, logos, photographs, reference images and other files
• Design proofs prepared for your orders
• Your portal messages and order notifications
• Your signature and shipping address, removed from retained order records

What we keep, and why

A limited set of business records is retained after deletion because we are required or permitted to keep it. These records are anonymized — they no longer identify you:

• Completed order and job history, for production and warranty records
• Invoices, payment, tax and accounting records, as required by law
• Audit and security logs
• Text-message consent records, which carriers require us to retain as proof of consent

Order records kept for these purposes have your name replaced with "Deleted Customer" and are disconnected from your account.

If you cannot sign in

If you no longer have access to your account, contact us and we will delete it for you after verifying your identity. Please write from, or tell us, the email address associated with the account.
