These Terms & Conditions govern custom engraving and design orders submitted to D2Z Designz. By submitting an order through our kiosk or website, you agree to these terms.

Engraving Orders and Customer-Provided Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide, including names, dates, spelling, artwork, and layout instructions. D2Z Designz will produce your order based on the information and approved proof you provide.

Customer Responsibility for Review

You are responsible for carefully reviewing all spelling, names, dates, and layout details before approving a proof or submitting an order without a proof.

Proof Approval and Revision Requests

When a proof is required, production will not begin until you approve it. You may request revisions through the proof review process. If you choose to proceed without a proof, you confirm that all submitted details are correct.

Customer-Provided Materials

When you provide your own item for engraving, you acknowledge that different materials may react differently to the laser, resulting in natural variations in color, depth, and appearance. D2Z Designz is not responsible for damage to customer-provided items beyond its reasonable control.

Pricing, Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Custom and engraved items are non-returnable. Once proofs are approved and the item is paid for and picked up, there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Deposit requirements, cancellation terms, and any refund exceptions are administrator-configurable and will be confirmed at the time of your order. (Specific cancellation and refund policies are configured by the business.)

Intellectual Property

You confirm that you are authorized to use any logos, trademarks, names, or copyrighted material you provide. Any artwork, designs, or logos created by D2Z Designz remain the property of D2Z Designz unless a design release is formally requested and approved.

Order Completion and Pickup

Completed orders are available for pickup at the agreed locations: AFB Pickup, Cabot Pickup. D2Z Designz will notify you when your order is ready.

SMS Terms and Conditions

By separately selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox and providing a mobile number, you agree to receive transactional text messages from D2Z Designz concerning your engraving orders. Messages may include proof-ready, revision, order-status, completion, and pickup notifications.

Message frequency varies based on order activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS Opt-In Process

Customers may voluntarily opt in to transactional text-message notifications during the D2Z Designz order-intake process. The SMS consent checkbox is unchecked by default. Providing a mobile number does not constitute consent, and SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, D2Z Designz's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. D2Z Designz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or place an order. If you are under 18, you may place an order only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or to your order will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Account Deletion

You may delete your D2Z Designz account and personal information at any time from the customer portal under My Account → Delete My Account. See our Privacy Policy for what is deleted and what limited records are retained for legal and business recordkeeping.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
